  Born in Houston, Texas, Audrey attended the High School for Performing and Visual Arts and has spent over 30 years teaching young artists to sing, play piano, and clarinet, with a focus on bass clarinet. A passionate advocate for accessible arts, she combines her love of people with a commitment to community service. Audrey’s background

  Born in Houston, Texas, Audrey attended the High School for Performing and Visual Arts and has spent over 30 years teaching young artists to sing, play piano, and clarinet, with a focus on bass clarinet. A passionate advocate for accessible arts, she combines her love of people with a commitment to community service. Audrey’s background spans both the Performing and Visual Arts and a past career with NASA, where she worked alongside groundbreaking astronauts and scientists.

As the owner of Wysteria LLC, a unique boutique in downtown Culpeper, Audrey uses her business as a platform for community outreach. She collaborates with the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) to provide work experiences for individuals with disabilities and collects formal dresses to ensure every girl has access to attire for homecoming or prom. A devoted mom to a blended family of six, Audrey loves playing Mahjong, reading, and spending time with her husband and pup Lucy.

Amanda Reck, Immediate Past President

Amanda, a dedicated volunteer and philanthropist, transitioned from a career in telecommunications to becoming a stay-at-home parent and active community leader. Married since 2000, she and her husband have five children. Her advocacy work is deeply personal, as her only son, born with a congenital heart condition, underwent multiple open

Amanda, a dedicated volunteer and philanthropist, transitioned from a career in telecommunications to becoming a stay-at-home parent and active community leader. Married since 2000, she and her husband have five children. Her advocacy work is deeply personal, as her only son, born with a congenital heart condition, underwent multiple open-heart surgeries and a heart transplant. Amanda serves as a LifeNet Organ Donation Ambassador and volunteers with Make-A-Wish and the American Heart Association. She is also a Habitat for Humanity of Culpeper Board Member, Eastern View High School PTO President, and Culpeper Business Women Secretary.


Amanda has contributed significantly to the arts, serving as Producer for Windmore’s youth productions, including Seussical JR, Yes, Virginia,  Honk JR, and Willy Wonka JR and directed Singin’ in the Rain JR. She occasionally steps into the spotlight herself, performing in productions like The Emerald Heist. In her free time, she enjoys antiquing, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

With over 28 years of experience in nonprofit work, Amanda brings extensive expertise in leadership, coordination, and board service to the organization.

His love of the arts started when his grandparents took him to his first musical, Oklahoma. He majored in Theater at Susquehanna University and went on to have a successful career in production management. He transi

  John is the CEO and Leadership Coach of True Star Leadership, a business consulting firm focused on workplace performance. His love of the arts started when his grandparents took him to his first musical, Oklahoma. He majored in Theater at Susquehanna University and went on to have a successful career in production management. He transitioned to working in corporate America, where he became an award-winning management consultant, sought-out strategic facilitator, and certified business coach. More recently, he has helped numerous non-profits develop strategic plans. He is excited for this full-circle opportunity to serve the Windmore Foundation for the Arts and bring Arts to the community.

Bill retired from a 22-year career at TE Connectivity, most recently as Senior Global Supplier Quality Manager. He has held numerous manufacturing management positions in finance, supply chain, procurement, and planning over a 46-year career  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College of Vermont, an Associate of Science de

Bill retired from a 22-year career at TE Connectivity, most recently as Senior Global Supplier Quality Manager. He has held numerous manufacturing management positions in finance, supply chain, procurement, and planning over a 46-year career  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College of Vermont, an Associate of Science degree from Champlain College, a professional certification from the Institute of Supply Management, and a manufacturing Six Sigma Black Belt.  

Bill is an administrative volunteer at Culpeper Wellness Foundation (Free Clinic), a volunteer for the American Cancer Society, a past President of Junior Achievement of Vermont, a past mentor for the local Lego Mindstorms/Robotics team, and a former manager/coach of Little League Baseball here in Culpeper. Bill plays acoustic guitar and keyboards, and in his spare time had brief stints with three different rock/blues cover bands to earn his “stage experience.” His hobbies include home landscaping, small woodworking projects, minor auto repair, traveling, photography, golf, and cataloging his collection of LPs and CDs.

  Chandler is a native of Culpeper, Virginia. She has a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Virginia Commonwealth University. She was previously the Assistant to the Executive Director of the State Theatre Foundation. After working in the Real Estate industry for 6 years, Chandler became a Licensed Mortgage Originator and served as the Training Director for a mortgage company before starting her own business.

Their oldest child lives in Colorado and works as a software developer. Casey graduated from James Madison University in 1998 and has worked in Finance/ Accounting for over 25 years. Since 2010 she has worked for TE Connectivity and is currently the Director of Finance for the Application Tooling Business Unit. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, Jessy is the Artistic Director of Windmore's StageWorks community theater program. She has a bachelor’s degree from Radford University in Technical Theater and a master’s degree from George Mason in Theater Management. She has over 20 years of experience in professional, educational, and community theatre.

Tyler is a Real Estate Photographer, small business owner, and photography enthusiast whose passion began in college. Initially working as a loan officer, Tyler’s journey into real estate photography started when he stepped in to help his mother, a Century 21 real estate agent, by taking photos for her listings. Recognizing a gap in the market for specialized real estate photographers, he founded his business Strong Arm Media to fill this niche.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tyler is an active community member and serves on the board of the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals as well. His commitment to the community is further evidenced by his photography services at numerous local events.
